By creating a gym account, accessing member portals, or using our contactless QR turnstile gate systems, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.
Gym owners are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of member subscription records, fee dues, trainer assignments, and hardware turnstile access permissions.
QR gate scanning is intended solely for authorized gym members with active subscription status. Tampering with or forging 12-character gate tokens is strictly prohibited.
SaaS platform fees are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis in ₹ INR. Subscriptions may be canceled at any time from your Gym Admin settings.
Gym OS provides software management tools. Physical premises security, physical turnstile hardware maintenance, and gym facility safety remain the sole responsibility of the facility operator.
